Job Title: Licensed Outpatient Therapist
Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Monday-Friday, 1 evening/week, staff meeting Wednesdays 9am
Program: Adult Outpatient Program (AOP) – assists adult clients recovering from trauma, substance use, or managing chronic mental health disorders through psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence‑based group, individual, family, and intensive outpatient therapy
- Perform clinical and risk assessments and make referrals for appropriate services and levels of care
- Document client services and relevant activity in electronic health record and complete assigned administrative tasks
- Participate in assigned meetings, including individual supervision, staff and team meetings, and required trainings
- Collaborate with clients’ healthcare providers, social service agencies, and natural supports
- Maintain documentation in compliance with agency and program standards
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, trainings, and other meetings as assigned
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s or Doctorate in behavioral health field (License required)
Experience: Comprehensive knowledge and experience providing assessment and treatment to persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorders; evidence‑based practice preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW or other license to practice psychotherapy in State of CT required. All MSW staff must possess an LMSW or LCSW
Training: Demonstrated education, supervised training, and practical experience providing the full spectrum of behavioral health treatment, including clinical

Compensation: $53,372 minimum, commensurate with experience (varies by program/location and includes potential sign‑on incentives). Rates determined at time of offer per internal equity policy.
