Home Helpers Home Care is an award‑winning non‑medical home care agency seeking an experienced Community Care Coordinator. Our office is located in Enfield, CT. All applicants must live in CT. The position acts as an "Ambassador" for the agency at community functions and with referral partners. Strong sales and organizational skills are required as the role will qualify and meet with potential clients and their families to create a plan of care.
The agreed plan with a committed schedule will be provided to the agency for scheduling and implementation of services. Experience in the home care or senior services industry is a plus. Competitive salary and commission are offered. The position requires a car for site visits and light travel to conferences as needed.
