Our clients are a friendly, expanding and highly regarded law firm based in Enfield, who are looking for an experienced solicitor or Legal Executive to join our successful firm. Primarily as a residential property specialist you will manage your own caseload and all aspects of sales and purchases, with the benefit of experienced and highly administrative support.

• Undertake and manage caseloads of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, shared ownership, help to buy and right to buy transactions, remortgages, lease extensions and transfers of equity.
• Prepare leasehold management packs, draft and negotiate deeds of covenant and licences.
• Ensure compliance with AML procedures, verify client identities and source of wealth.
• Work with other departments to support colleagues on residential property matters.
• Maintain client and third‑party relationships at all levels.
• Support business development through networking and events, and cross‑sell other firm services when appropriate.
• Use the firm’s case‑management system to store correspondence, documentation and record time.
• Participate in continuous professional development and complete training for the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

• At least 3 years Post‑Qualification Experience in conveyancing.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• Ability to work approachable within a team and build strong client relationships.
