Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative to join the team! The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the CNC and machinery industry, with a focus on selling through distribution channels. This role will primarily involve identifying and cultivating relationships with distributors and end‑users, providing them with tailored solutions to address their specific challenges related to product longevity and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the CNC and machinery industry.
- Identify and prioritize potential distributors and end‑users within the target market segment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective distribution partners, serving as a trusted advisor on product offerings and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our products in improving longevity and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, outlining progress towards goals and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
- Consistent track record of success in sales, preferably within the CNC and machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and experience selling through distribution partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric approach to sales.
