We’re looking for dependable, experienced Window Installers who live our values and take pride in doing things the right way, every time.
What You’ll Do:

• Check in daily with the Production Manager to review projects, answer questions, and confirm expectations
• Install replacement windows with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cleanliness
• Perform removal of existing windows and ensure proper fit, insulation, and finish work
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite—inside and out—throughout the installation process
• Complete trim work, sealing, and caulking with attention to appearance and durability
• Load, transport, and prepare materials for each job as needed
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and complete all end-of-job paperwork
• Represent the Total Remodeling brand and values on every job site

Who You Are:

• Experienced in residential window installation (vinyl experience preferred)
• Skilled in basic carpentry and finish work
• Able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to doing the job right
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional and respectful manner
• Licensed and insured (or able to meet these requirements upon hire)
