Warehouse & Facilities Assistant - Part Time

We are looking to elevate our team’s performance with the opening of a part‑time Warehouse & Facilities Assistant. This position assists and supports the Operations Manager with various activities from customer order fulfillment to maintaining facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Order fulfillment – prepare (pick and pack) and load outgoing shipments, complete associated documents accurately
  • Unload incoming deliveries, verify contents and complete associated documentation accurately
  • Assist with maintaining warehouse through stocking, organizing, and cleaning; including performing and documenting inventory spot checks
  • Assist with reporting and troubleshooting of shipping issues
  • Product labeling and packaging
  • QC incoming and outgoing precision manufacturing and analysis products
  • Support facilities maintenance
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to company safety policies
Experience & Requirements
  • Preferred work schedule – 4 to 5 hours daily M‑F between 11 AM and 5 PM
  • A valid US driver’s license is required. This position can be physically demanding and the candidate must have the ability to consistently lift 50 LB and 75+ LB as needed.
  • Pallet jack and/or forklift experience is preferred. Experience/certification with HAZMAT shipments is a bonus.
  • Detail oriented with concrete organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP or similar inventory management systems as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office products is a plus.
