As Senior Accountant you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting financial reporting, and driving efficiency across the accounting operations.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with accounting standards and regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision‑making.
• Oversee and perform reconciliation of general ledger accounts, including cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Promote company core values, fostering a family‑centric culture and supporting safety as the top priority.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Oracle).
• Self‑motivated, excellent work ethic, and solid team player aligned with company core values of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and respect.
