Job Overview
We are working with a local CPA firm in the Denver Tech Center to find a strong Manager who has aspirations to grow into a partner and eventually take over the firm. The firm consists of four seasoned and tenured CPAs and handles a mix of tax and audit work throughout the year.
Responsibilities- Prepare tax returns: approximately 700 business returns and 800 individual returns (60% of the workload).
- Conduct audits, reviews, and comparable company analyses (approx. 40% of the workload).
- Support the firm’s growth and development by contributing to client service and business strategy.
Base salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year.
Bonus: Approximately 20%–25% based on firm and individual performance.
Additional compensation types may include an annual bonus and other incentives discussed with the recruiter.
