Accounting Manager

Century Group is in search of an experienced Accounting Manager to join a team in the DTC area. Qualified candidates with 6-10+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only.

Annual salary of $115K-$130K, plus high bonus potential.

Job Description:

• Lead elements of system changes
• Analyze accounting processes across the organization
• Develop and implement standard procedures
• Work directly with corporate accounting functions
• Support staff with reconciliations and reviews
• Monthly and year-end close
• Provide training to new and existing team members as needed.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably training and leading a team
• Experienced with Net Suite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, stay organized within Net Suite
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Able to adapt to changing priorities
