The Senior Accountant is responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Candidates must be highly skilled s position is full time with excellent compensation and benefits, as well as the chance to grow.

Responsibilities

- Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner

- When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests

- Engage in various department-wide initiatives

- Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management

- Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

- Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary

- Formulate Balance Sheet account reconciliations

Requirements

Bachelor's in Accounting required

3+ years of solid GL Accounting experience

3+ years of budge to variance analysis experience

Experience with direct reports
