$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Salary: $75,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or project-based accounting environments
• Experience supporting project-level billing, including time‑and‑materials and fixed‑fee contracts
• Understanding of GAAP fundamentals as they relate to invoicing and receivables
• Experience in monitoring AR aging and supporting collection efforts in partnership with operations
• Ability to collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve billing issues and documentation needs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear and professional communication skills

• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
• Experience mentoring or supporting billing or AR staff
• Background in construction, environmental services, or other project-driven industries
• Experience improving billing workflows, controls, or reporting processes
• ERP experience;
  Acumatica preferred
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting
