Job DescriptionWe’re urgently hiring an Accounts Payable Vendor Specialist with experience in vendor setup and maintenance in Oracle

- Exposure to a high‑volume vendor database (10,000+ vendors)
- Learn and apply IRS 1099 reporting standards

- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with vendor setup and maintenance
- Comfortable working with W9s and 1099 reporting
- Experience with Oracle and Excel preferred
- Comfortable doing some manual work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a nuanced, non‑repetitive environment
- Excellent communication and accountability
Based in Southern Denver. Fully onsite role with some flexibility for occasional needs. Team of 4, 2 in payment processing, 2 in vendor management.
Salary Range$24-26/hr
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood Village, CO.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
