I’m partnering with a well established organization in the Centennial area that’s looking to add a dependable Accounting Operations Specialist to their accounting team. • Manage day to day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities with a high level of accuracy
• Perform reconciliations across AP, AR, bank accounts, and related balance sheet accounts
• Assist with month end close, including journal entries, support schedules, and tie outs
• Research and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies in a timely manner
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate billing, collections, and vendor payments
• Maintain clean, organized financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes while maintaining established controls

• Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of AP/AR experience in a corporate environment
• Is detail oriented, dependable, and process driven
• Is comfortable working in a professional, policy driven environment with clear expectations and accountability

• Location: Centennial, CO
• Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
