Discover a more connected careerAt Pauley Construction as a Coordinator Office, you will assist with a variety of duties such as finalizing payroll for field personnel, assisting with As-Builts, quality checking paperwork for submission, and supporting field operations as directed by management. Depending on department structure, this role may involve working with engineering and tracking software, billing and reporting software, and payroll reporting systems.

- Manage standard office duties such as answering phone calls, returning messages, and greeting customers.
- Perform clerical tasks to accurately maintain and report items per local operations and corporate requirements.
- Act as point of contact for corporate and local operations management to ensure processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized records at the operations office.
- Assist with new hire and onboarding procedures and documentation.
- Assist with purchase orders.
- Interface with vendors.
- Handle Cintas orders and inspections.
- Maintain gas card receipts.
- Review and upload JHA processes.
- Handle incoming mail.
- Order and stock supplies as needed for office.
- Pull prints and work orders.
- May be cross‑trained on operations permit process.
- May assist Human Resources with basic new hire and onboarding processes.
- Basic ability to use standard office equipment (printer, fax, computer, scanner).
- Keep appropriate documentation (time cards, job cost, etc.).
- Perform other tasks/duties as assigned by corporate and/or local operations.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- Valid driver’s license (to be obtained upon employment).
- Pass a background check and company drug screening.
- Attend and pass all required company training.
- 811 Ticket Experience.
- General office experience including filing and data entry.
- Blue Stike experience preferred but not required.
- Effective communication skills and positive attitude.
- Good public relations skills (interact with public courteously).
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
Physical duties include standing, crouching, sitting, bending, using hands/fingers to handle or feel objects, and reaching with hands and arms both high and low. The job may require occasional exposure to outside weather conditions, lifting or moving up to 10 pounds, with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, and may involve noise levels that are low. Vision abilities may be required for close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, which may require focus adjustments.
PayRange
Hourly wage range: $20.00 – $25.00, depending on experience.
