Position

Description:

Kapella Group is a premier general contractor specializing in capital expenditure (Cap Ex) renovations for commercial and multifamily properties across CO, FL, AZ, WA, KS, and TX. We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement function, developing and implementing strategic procurement strategies, building and managing relationships with trade partners and vendors, and ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Position Functions:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery
• Identify and negotiate contracts with vendors and trade partners to secure the best prices and terms
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and trade partners to ensure high‑quality products and services
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics such as cost savings, quality, and supplier performance
• Identify areas for improvement in the procurement process and implement necessary changes
• Onboard subcontractors and ensure project‑specific requirements are captured

Experience

Required:

• Purchasing: 2 years (Required)
• General Contracting: 2 years (Required)

Required Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in the construction industry

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Vacation Policy:

Job Type: Full‑time

Schedule: 8‑hour shift

Work Location: In person, Centennial, CO
