Position Summary:

The Director of Global Supply Chainis responsible for developing and leading SKYTRAK’s end-to-end supply chain strategy to ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and scalability in support of global business growth. This role oversees demand planning,procurement,sourcing,logistics, and operations across SKYTRAK’s global footprint, aligning supply chain initiatives with the company’s strategic, financial, and customer experience goals.

The position reports to theVP of Operations and collaborates closely with Warehouse,Inventory,Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to drive performance, quality, and innovation across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy aligned with

    SKYTRAK’sbusiness goals, supporting product availability, profitability, and scalability.
  • Establish a resilient, flexible supply chain capable of adapting to changing global market conditions, tariffs, andlogisticschallenges.
  • Leada high-performing global supply chain organization including demand planning,sourcing,and logistics.
  • Drive continuous improvement inmanufacturingefficiency,cycle times, and service levels through process optimization and digital transformation.
  • Oversee all supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management across component, contract manufacturing, andlogisticspartners.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards while mitigating risks.
  • Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, OEM partners, and assembly operations to ensure consistent product quality and production scalability.
  • Oversee production scheduling, material requirements planning (MRP), and capacity planning to align manufacturing output with global demand forecasts.
  • Leadlogisticsstrategy across global distribution centers tooptimizeinventory flow, transportation costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage 3PLs and freightforwardingpartners, cost, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade, customs, and export regulations.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for supplier dependency,logistics disruptions, and supply shortages.
  • Implement andmaintainbusiness continuity plans for supply chain operations.
  • Lead the adoption and integration of supply chain systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, forecasting tools) for improved visibility and efficiency.
  • Develop andmaintainkey performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track supply chain health, cost, and responsiveness.
  • Utilize data analytics to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as aGlobal Supply Chain Director or Manger role
  • 3 PL experience.
  • Project management and leadership experience.
  • Strongpeoplemanagement and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Experience with

    InfoPlus,EDI systems, CRM,and POS Systems (Shopify)
