As a Client Success Manager on the Operational Analytics & Innovations (OAI) team, you will drive the vision and execution of the OAI Product & Services and be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and assessing the work of the development team, ensuring that products meet customer needs and align with strategic goals. You will also monitor adherence and push reporting on progress to goals.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k) with company matching; and life insurance.

Rate: $30–$38 per hour (W2).

Responsibilities
  • Lead discussion & calibration sessions to align on product requests and expected output.
  • Plan and execute stakeholder product requests by ensuring constant alignment of the objective.
  • Assist, train and lead product rollout plan.
  • Build important business relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and participate in brainstorming solutions.
  • Promote the products created to support meeting company goals.
  • Initiate, foster and cultivate business relationships.
Experience Requirements
  • 3–5 years in client services or a related role.
  • Ability to ramp up within 90 days and quickly adapt to organizational processes.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
  • Proven experience creating success metrics and managing processes end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in: JIRA for product intake, Microsoft 365 for documentation and collaboration.
  • Background in project management and stakeholder management (technical expertise not required).

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
