Director of Product

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Product will own most of the product development—ideation, strategy, design, development, validation, and post-launch optimization to enhance the compliance success of our customers. Leading clinical product management, digital product management, R&D (engineering and science), this role will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products customers love.

• Part of the senior leadership team and reporting to the President, this role will help lead the entire company to achieve goals in culture, profitability, and growth
• Develop and execute product strategies that lead to commercialized value customers love
• Develop and manage multi‑year product roadmap in alignment with organization goals
• Own the product development process – ideation, design, development, validation, up to commercialization and then again in post‑launch market optimization/improvement.
• Build a high‑performing cross‑functional teams that are fully integrated within organization vision and culture
• Actively pursue and analyze customer and market feedback throughout the development process and post‑market monitoring.
• Maintain deep market, competitive, and customer understanding to identify latent or unstated opportunities, identify risk, and inform strategy.
• Deliver customer, product, and scientific insights for marketing to enhance thought‑leader brand
• Undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required

• 4+ years in a product leadership role
• 8+ years in product management in medical devices or digital health
• Proven track record of creating market‑adopted products
• Proven record leading high‑trust cultures across cross‑functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
• Experience developing digital products and subscription models a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FDA, EPA, ISO 13485) a plus
• Up to 10% travel may be required
• Office Role, Monday‑Friday with hybrid flexibility

• Salary range of $180,000 to $220,000 plus annual bonus based on performance/profitability
