Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee AR Channel sales execution, ensuring consistent training, compliance, and performance standards while supporting risk closure and preventing compliance-related revenue loss
  • Support and optimize .com recruitment leads by coordinating follow-up, tracking conversion, and aligning opportunities with Direct Dealer Partners (DDPs)
  • Conduct market research and detailed data analysis to identify industry trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities that support PSA and GA improvement
  • Proactively monitor performance metrics and dealer compliance to identify at-risk locations and implement strategies to prevent multicarrier offboards
  • Analyze and interpret AR performance data, providing actionable insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement; prepare and present executive-ready PowerPoint updates for leadership and key stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to optimize sales processes, enhance customer experience, and ensure alignment with AR business objectives
  • Assist in developing data-driven business strategies and growth plans, collaborating closely with DDPs to unlock incremental sales opportunities
  • Identify and assess competitive threats and opportunities, recommending strategic responses to protect and grow AR channel performance
  • Travel up to 50% to support AR partners, reinforce execution standards, and drive in-market performance
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • At least five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and generating actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating compelling, data-driven presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with G Suite preferred
  • Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate obsessive attention to detail
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating risks related to offboards, ensuring continuous engagement and compliance
  • Collaborative teamwork attitude with the ability to establish productive working relationships across departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels of authority
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the wireless industry is required
  • Retail or training experience is preferred

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $/Year
