, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with Owners, Engineers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will provide leadership and guidance, ensuring the project's vision is achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Plan and supervise a diverse range of construction projects.
- Coordinate the scheduling of contractors, employees, and material deliveries.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and state/federal regulations.
- Directly interact with clients, engineers, vendors, and other contractors to ensure that project expectations are met or exceeded.
- Recommend and implement improvements that strengthen the organization, guiding teams to maintain a customer‑centric focus throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continually apply your knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal codes, standards, and regulations.
- Represent Velocity Constructors in a positive, proactive manner, addressing concerns thoroughly and promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Strong integrity, positive attitude, and a willingness to contribute across various areas of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in field construction or project management.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct client interaction and experience in managing resources throughout pre‑construction, construction, and post‑construction phases.
- Proven excellence in customer service and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications; experience with scheduling software is essential, and familiarity with SAGE
100 Construction Management software is a plus.
Compensation: $95,000 to $135,000 per year to start.
Location: Englewood, CO with some travel to various job sites.
