You are the lead for scheduling, subcontractors, field supervision, staging and sequencing, safety, BMP, quality control, and constructability, and the main field contact for architects, engineers, and consultants.
You are accountable for the timely completion of your project and for building it in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. As an experienced team member, you also set the standard for our field staff and mentor the assistant superintendents around you.

- Supervise and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff.
- Represent Cadre and our clients professionally at all times.

- Lead site logistics, site clearing, erosion control (BMP) planning, abatement, demo, utilities coordination, and project mobilization.
- Assist with budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts, and run a preconstruction meeting with each subcontractor.
- Coordinate mockups and sample approvals for finish materials before installation.
- Give field feedback to preconstruction and estimating on durations, production, and trade performance to improve future budgets and schedules.
- Own the construction schedule from preconstruction to closeout, and continuously evaluate changes and delays for impact on schedule and cost. Document every change and delay.
- Maintain a rolling three-week look-ahead and flag potential schedule impacts to the PM before they become delays.
- Schedule and manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on the critical path, with adequate manpower for each task.
- Coordinate purchasing and delivery against lead times and the schedule, and verify materials and selections match the contract documents, selections schedule, and budget before they are ordered. Manage submittals and approvals.
- Identify work outside subcontracted scope and flag it to the PM early. Verify that every change order is accurate, complete, and fully approved before any work is executed.
- Ensure every subcontractor meets all compliance requirements, including contracts, insurance, licensing, and any other Cadre requirements, before they step onto the job site.
- Confirm each trade is ready to start before mobilization: prior work complete,…
