Lead One - Two Year Old Teacher

The Goddard School at 6477 S Lima Street, Centennial, CO 80111 is seeking a passionate Lead One - Two Year Old Teacher. • Implement age‑appropriate lesson plans using the Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open, effective communication with families about their child’s progress.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and development to inform activities.
• Support assistant and resource teachers to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Model and implement positive guidance strategies for social‑emotional growth.

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• Completed state‑required pre‑service training.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, families, and faculty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when handling children.
