A well-established Building Automation Systems (BAS) integrator in the Denver metro is seeking a skilled Controls Programmer to lead BAS programming, graphics, and system integration for commercial and institutional projects. • Develop and implement BAS programming logic and graphical user interfaces (Tridium Niagara front-ends)
• Create controller and network-level databases for new construction and retrofit BAS projects
• Program and troubleshoot control logic using BACnet, LONworks, Modbus, and related open protocols
• Perform onsite programming, testing, validation, and commissioning for assigned projects
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, installers, and field technicians
• Manage the full programming lifecycle from concept design through final system commissioning

• 5+ years of Building Automation / DDC programming experience
• Tridium N4 Certification (Required)
• Strong understanding of BAS/DDC system architecture, HVAC sequences, and integration workflows
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical plans
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
