Wireless/Network Engineer

Location:

Englewood, CO (hybrid 4 days). Duration: through June 2026 with expectation of extension. F2F interview mandatory. Only on W2.

Perform planning, forecasting, implementation, and identification of resource requirements for high‑complexity wireless network systems. Design, develop, and implement wireless network enhancements and make recommendations for improvement. Responsible for implementation of wireless network architecture and designs.

• Participate in wireless network planning, architecture design, and engineering.
• Integrate and schematically depict communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling links and protocols into complete wireless network configurations.
• Evaluate new products and perform wireless network problem resolution.
• Develop and implement approved methods of procedure.
• Design, develop, and implement wireless network enhancements and make recommendations for improvement.

• Proficient in wireless networking knowledge (OSI Model, TCP/IP, etc.).
• Proficient knowledge of wireless industry specifications and standards (IEEE, ANSI, 802.11 variants), bridging, switching, routing, Ethernet, and transport technologies and protocols.
• Proficient in wireless network design, architecture, protocols, and topology.
• Proficient with basic wireless network devices and appliances.
• Proficient with wireless network design software (e.g., Visio) and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of wireless network experience.
• Cisco Certified Wireless Professional (CCNP) and vendor‑specific training (Cisco, Ariss, Ruckus, etc.).
