Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Centennial Aero-Tech is hiring full‑time Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to support a growing fleet of general aviation aircraft at Centennial Airport. This role performs inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on piston single, piston twin, and light turbine aircraft in a fast‑paced and highly organized maintenance environment.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete corrective actions.
• Complete 100‑hour inspections, annuals, engine work, avionics troubleshooting, and component replacement.
• Maintain accurate logbook entries, work orders, and parts documentation.
• Communicate clearly with the Director of Maintenance, other technicians, and aircraft owners.
• Follow all shop safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support ramp movements and aircraft repositioning when needed.

• A and P certificate required.
• General aviation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Cessna, Piper, Cirrus, Diamond, or Beechcraft is helpful.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals, IPCs, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
• Reliable work ethic and consistent attendance.

• Pay range is $36 to $46 per hour based on experience.
