The RoleThe Senior Manager of Global Product Line Management for Engine & Industrial Hose owns strategic direction, commercial success, operational execution, and product innovation across the portfolio. This role reports to the Senior Director of Fluid Power Global Product Line Management and works collaboratively across the organization, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technical Development.
Specific Responsibilities- Partner with regional teams to achieve financial targets, drive new product introductions, and pursue productivity opportunities that improve the financial health of the global hose portfolio.
- Develop, present, own, and execute global product line strategies, including roadmaps, key initiatives, and growth plans. Define growth elements for the Long‑Range Financial Forecast to ensure capacity and investment alignment.
- Maintain deep understanding of the global engine hose and industrial hose markets, competitors, product capabilities, and manufacturing footprint.
- Support inorganic growth opportunities with target identification, synergy development, and business‑case insights.
- Integrate regional insights into product roadmap and Multi‑Generational Product Plan; prioritize and execute technical projects that drive profitable growth.
- Lead global product commercialization, defining value propositions, key messaging, pricing strategy, and commercialization materials. Partner with regional teams on plans and sales KPIs.
- Lead prioritization, execution, and location decisions for the global aftermarket engine hose portfolio to maximize delivery capability and minimize costs.
- Provide balanced perspectives and supplement resources in regional operations, technical, and commercial teams to accelerate growth.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high‑functioning, results‑driven team that balances global and regional/local requirements.
- At least 8 years of applicable experience, including global work experience and a product‑line‑management background across marketing, operations, engineering, or commercial roles.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to influence across multiple levels and locations.
- Strategic mindset with roadmap development experience.
- New product commercialization experience is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of go‑to‑market strategies.
- Experience in Fluid Power, Engine Coolant, or Fluid Conveyance businesses is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in an applicable field.
- MBA or similar secondary degree preferred, or a multi‑faced business background.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required (20+%).
- Full‑time, salary range: $165,000 – $195,000.
- Bonus eligible.
- Relocation not provided.

- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation, 11 holidays (9 scheduled + 2 floating), and 8 sick days.
