Systems Engineer
C1 is seeking a Field Services Engineer - 911 Specialist to provide 9-1-1, NG9-1-1, or E9-1-1 technical support to customers via email, phone, in person, or other methods. Travel to customer sites on a rotating schedule is required, and you will support the Converge One cloud team.
The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of experience and holds VESTA/VIPER or Motorola certifications, with strong communication skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
