Onsite position located in Englewood, CO (8490 Upland Drive).
Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour.
Job Window closes 11/15/25.
Work Schedule:
Up to 20 hours per week, as needed.
Benefits:

Casual, PRN & Part Time employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
- Act as liaison between the lab, clients, and patients.
- Resolve internal & external customer requests via calls, instant messenger & email communications.
- Communicate with customers in a respectful and professional manner.
- Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
- Provide customer education and information as needed.
- Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Prepare and triage specimens for analysis.
- Accurately identify and label specimens.
- Pack and ship specimens as necessary.
- Prepare and store excess specimen samples.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Prior medical/clinical laboratory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory operations, policies and procedures preferred.
- Must have customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable handling biological specimens.
- Ability to accurately identify specimens.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to pass a standardized color blind test.
