The Finance Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day finance activities across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general operations. You'll help maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and assist internal teams with financial questions and tasks. This is a highly collaborative role with visibility across the organization.

• Coordinate finance operations including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment tracking
• Support Accounts Receivable with billing, customer account updates, and payment follow-up
• Assist with monthly close activities, reporting, and data gathering
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation across multiple systems
• Monitor workflow queues to ensure timely completion of finance tasks
• Troubleshoot issues and partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed

• Experience in finance, accounting support, operations coordination, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working in multiple systems and a willingness to learn new tools
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
