Job Description & How to Apply Below

At All Health Network, compassion isn’t just a value—it’s the foundation of everything we do. We’ve built a culture where care is both given and received with genuine empathy, respect, and understanding. Our clinicians thrive in an environment that values trust, collaboration, and professional autonomy—where you’re supported in finding balance, growth, and purpose in your work.

As a Psychologist at All Health Network, you’ll be an integral part of dynamic, multidisciplinary teams committed to excellence in behavioral health. You’ll bring your curiosity, ethical integrity, and respect for human dignity into every interaction—empowering clients toward recovery and wellbeing through evidence-based care, insight, and compassion. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to serve high-acuity clients, many of whom are navigating the intersection of behavioral health and the criminal justice system.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring clinical, legal, and ethical standards are upheld through careful assessment, collaboration, and participation in court proceedings related to certifications and treatment compliance.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, including diagnostic assessments for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disorders, anxiety/mood disorders, and other developmental or psychiatric conditions.
  • Administer, score, and interpret a wide range of standardized instruments (e.g., WISC‑V, WIAT‑4, ADOS‑2, Conners), integrating cognitive, academic, emotional, behavioral, and executive functioning data.
  • Conduct clinical interviews with clients, parents, and collateral sources (e.g., teachers, therapists, probation officers) to gather comprehensive background information.
  • Write integrated psychological reports and provide clear, compassionate feedback to families, schools, and referring providers.
  • Collaborate with All Health Network’s Assessment Center and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, timely assessments and coordinated care.
  • Oversee clients on outpatient certifications, with or without court‑ordered medications, ensuring compliance with the 27‑65 statute and related legal documentation requirements.
  • Attend court hearings and communicate findings and recommendations in a professional and ethical manner to support client care and system coordination.
  • Participate in case consultations, supervision, treatment planning, and program development initiatives that advance client outcomes and professional excellence.
What You Bring
  • Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
  • Active Colorado Psychologist License.
  • Demonstrated experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for both children and adults, including those with complex or high-acuity needs.
  • Strong ethical standards, emotional intelligence, and respect for individuals’ unique backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
  • A collaborative mindset, appreciation for autonomy, and passion for continuous learning, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • Comfort and professionalism in working with clients involved in the criminal justice system and in court‑related settings.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • A culture rooted in compassion, care, and integrity, where clinicians are valued as people first.
  • Strong work‑life balance supported by flexible scheduling options and manageable caseloads.
  • The autonomy to shape your work, with leadership that trusts your professional judgment.
  • Regular supervision and consultation opportunities with experienced clinicians and leaders.
  • Clear paths for professional growth through continuing education, mentorship, and leadership development.
  • A comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment where your voice matters.
  • The opportunity to serve a diverse and high‑impact population, making a real difference every day in the lives of individuals, families, and our community.
