Who we are: Rocky Mountain Mind and Body specializes in IV Ketamine therapy and group Ketamine therapy retreats. With over 13,000 IV Ketamine infusions completed, we are deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life for our patients through innovative treatments. Our mission is to educate and provide exceptional care tailored to each individual's unique needs.
Who you are: We are seeking applicants who are open-minded, dependable, compassionate and friendly. Your passion for psychedelic therapy, harm reduction, and serving others is important to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care. We are looking for team members who know when to interact with patients and also when to just listen and hold space. We all work together as a team to provide great care for our patients, and you will be an integral part of our practice.
You will engage directly with patients and be a face for our practice along with every other team member. You must be reliable, discrete, and able to adhere to patient privacy laws emphatically. You have specific training and experience with psychedelic sitting/guiding.

Job responsibilities- Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive presence for patients
- Sit with, monitor, and hold a supportive space for patients during infusions as needed
- Provide breath-work and meditation techniques for patients who require it
- Follow all protocols and procedures for psychedelic sessions, in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
- Assist patients with wheelchairs when leaving the clinic
- Aid patients to and from the restroom when needed.
- Must be able to lift and seat patients into and out of wheelchair as needed
- Work with the entire RMMB team to ensure every patient has a positive experience during their visit
- Assist with telehealth preparation sessions to prepare new patients for the Ketamine experience and treatment.
- Document patient interactions in the EHR (electronic health records)
- Maintain a neat and clean work environment.
- Help with turning over treatment rooms between treatments (restock supplies, sanitize and disinfect surfaces) as needed
- Adhere to all PHI/HIPAA/OSHA/Infection regulations and protocols.
- Agree to wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) as needed
- Commit to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of psychedelic therapy
- Plan, prioritize, and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction and maximum accountability
- Maintain a professional appearance (business casual- no tank tops, shorts, crop tops, etc)
- Perform other clinic and administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned such as answering phones, checking in patients, taking payments, scheduling, light cleaning duties, for backup as needed.
This role will interact with patients, families, other caregivers, healthcare providers, and other clinic staff on a regular basis
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and OtherQualifications:
- Psychedelic sitter or guide trained

. - Must be reliable. We schedule patients 6 to 8 weeks out at a time and must know how many sitters/guides are working to effectively schedule treatments. Reliability and dependability are extremely important and required
- Must be open minded to our entire patient population. We require the utmost respect and privacy for all our patients and staff.
- Must Be LGTBQ+ friendly
- Must be calm but assertive and show professional discretion in all circumstances
- Maintain professional boundaries and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of basic computer software and the ability to learn electronic medical records required
