This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Front Desk/Optician at Eye Logic P.C. located in Englewood, CO. The Front Desk/Optician will handle daily front desk tasks, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing the patient's experience. In addition, the role includes assisting with eye exams, helping patients select eyewear, selling glasses and contact lenses and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Ensure customer satisfaction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional professional certifications are beneficial.
• Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Enthusiasm for working with the public.
• Experience with sales.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and work as a team member.
• Proficiency in working with detailed information.
• Proficient in Spanish is a plus.
• Required to show up for work as scheduled due to the small size of our office.
