Base pay range

$21.00/hr – $25.00/hr

What You’ll Work On
  • You will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to children with autism, either in their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center.
  • You’ll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase the child’s communication, self‑help, social, and play skills.
  • You’ll relay information on the child’s progress to BCBAs to keep them informed and assist with BCBA assessments.
  • At the end of each session, you will accurately record the child’s progress in our data‑collection system Central Reach using your assigned tablet.
  • You’ll be responsible for clocking in, submitting session notes, and clocking out to align with ABA and insurance provider regulations.
  • You’ll help keep our workplace shipshape, safe, and organized.
  • You’ll assist children with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing.
  • You’ll voice questions, issues, and concerns to your supervisors as appropriate.
  • You’ll help build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • You’ll positively contribute to the MeBe Family culture.
Qualifications
  • Consistent availability Monday through Friday.
  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • RBT/CBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment (MeBe will help you).
  • Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lb), squat, sit, stand, and/or run without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Computer literacy.
  • If residing in San Diego, AZ, or VA, must obtain CPR/BLS certification before working with clients.
  • Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
