Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting recruiting efforts across assigned locations. This role partners closely with hiring teams, candidates, and colleagues to ensure a seamless recruitment process, deliver a strong candidate experience, and contribute to broader talent initiatives that align with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review applications, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct outreach to complete required pre-screening questionnaires.
  • Act as the first point of contact for high-volume hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to evaluate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule qualified applicants for hiring interviews.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners through clear communication, timely follow-up, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Prepare reports and contribute to recruiting projects as assigned.

  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in office software applications; experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems a plus (training provided if needed).
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, office-based team environment.
