Overview
Echo Star s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a high-volume Recruiter to join an elite group of recruiting professionals who focus on delivering a flawless and swift candidate experience. This is a high exposure/high volume role that will give you the opportunity to leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills. This position supports our Direct Sales group and works with a variety of hiring managers and business partners at all levels of the organization, across the entire country.
Responsibilities- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines by reviewing applications, pre-screening, and scheduling interviews
- Lead sourcing efforts to attract and convert quality applicants into hires
- Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business goals through regular strategy and feedback sessions
- Use data and reporting to track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
- Support recruiting projects and communicate HR policies and initiatives to stakeholders
- Provide exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through clear communication, prioritization, and timely follow-up
This position has onsite requirements, the candidate needs to be located in the Denver Metro area.
Education and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a high volume recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong ability to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber talent, with experience leveraging recruiting software, ATS, and professional/social platforms
- Data-driven and resourceful problem-solver, capable of analyzing complex situations and developing creative, evidence-based solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and partner effectively across all organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, thrive in fast-paced environments, and adapt positively to change
- Results-oriented, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement and high-quality execution
- Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Salary and BenefitsSalary: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
