Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Instructional Design, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical/Instructional Writer, Learning or Communications professional with significant writing responsibilities.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to produce error-free deliverables.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues and projects effectively.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
