• Lead the design, implementation, and management of core Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Build a robust framework for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, streamlining software deployment through packaging and distribution.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency across desktop environments.
• Ensure ITAR compliance requires candidates to be US Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• Active Directory & Azure AD Management:
  Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD environments to support identity and access management.
• MDM Solutions:
  Deploy and manage MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune) to secure organizational endpoints, including mobile devices and desktops.
• Software Packaging & Distribution:
  Develop, package, and distribute software applications and updates for desktop environments and support teams.
• Framework Development:
  Build and standardize processes, procedures, and tools to empower Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, ensuring consistent and secure support delivery.
• Security & Controls:
  Implement security controls across Windows environments, including Group Policy, endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, and compliance adherence.
• Automation & Scripting:
  Develop automation scripts and tools (Power Shell, CLI) to streamline tasks, provisioning, software deployment, and incident response.
• Technical Leadership:
  Provide guidance and mentorship to support engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and escalation protocols.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align support strategies and infrastructure improvements.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain documentation of configurations, policies, procedures, and software packages; generate reports on system health, security posture, and support metrics.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement enhancements to the support framework.

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows environments
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Intune preferred)
• Advanced Power Shell scripting capabilities
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience with SCCM/MECM or similar endpoint management platforms
• Background in software packaging (MSI, MSIX, App-V)
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles

• Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent)
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles
• Windows Server Administration
• Cloud/SaaS platform administration

Salary range: $101,000 - $151,000 a year. We welcome candidates with diverse experience levels and evaluate the best fit on an individual basis. Your final job level and salary will be determined based on your skills, experience, and the impact you can bring to the role.
