Job Responsibilities
  • Provide client support: Troubleshoot and resolve IT support issues related to desktops, connected peripherals, laptops, mobile devices, desk phones, and conference room equipment.
  • Manage trouble tickets: Resolve incoming tickets communicated via email, chat, web portal, phone calls, and walk-up requests, using Service Now.
  • Technical resolution: Address issues related to basic operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux), hardware, and basic networking.
