Position SummaryAs the IT Business Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning business strategy with day-to-day operations and technology initiatives. This is a hybrid role combining technical oversight, process improvement, service delivery management, and administrative leadership. Youll ensure internal systems and MSP workflows run smoothly, while also supporting growth, scalability, and excellence in customer service.
Required :
Management / operations experience as well as experience with Dental IT / dexis / dentrix
