- • Must have considerable experience working with Service Now CMDB and Discovery.
- • At least an ‘experienced user’ level of knowledge with Linux and Windows operating systems, including the ability to test and troubleshoot discovery via SSH, SNMP, and WMI Query.
- • Good understanding of network topologies and technologies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Re-design, implement, and document MID architecture for a large enterprise.
- • Install and configure MID servers.
- • Create and manage discovery schedules.
