User Experience Designer

We’re seeking a UX Content Writer to craft clear, accessible, and user-friendly messaging that enhances the digital banking experience. Sitting at the intersection of content and design, this role ensures users feel informed, engaged, and secure as they navigate our platform.

Shape how Truist communicates critical information across digital touchpoints.

Write and refine UX copy that guides users through tasks with clarity and ease.

Collaborate with product designers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to align messaging.

Support content testing, research, and performance analysis to optimize user experiences.

2+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, copywriting, or marketing.

Strong understanding of UX principles, content design, and information architecture.

Familiarity with A / B testing, user research, and analytics.

Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
