We are seeking a Senior UX Designer who will be responsible for improving the user’s experience of using a product, such as making it easier to use and more enjoyable. This typically applies to computer hardware or software.
About the RoleA portfolio of previous work may be necessary to be hired for this position, and UX designers work with developers, analysts, and other designers to determine changes and preferences in the market. This is a 12 month contract to hire.
Responsibilities- Design and create wireframes for products.
- Develop and test prototypes.
- Use actual end-users to determine whether a product can be used as intended.
- Introduce modifications after testing is complete and carry out more testing until the product reaches its best form.
- Work on teams, though there are also individual responsibilities which include meeting time-constraints.
- Evaluate the product for success and gather feedback from customers for future editions.
- 7–10+ years in UX design.
- 3+ years in senior roles leading end-to-end design.
- Portfolio: 3–5 case studies showing research, prototypes (Figma/Proto Pie), and measurable impact.
- Advanced Figma (components, design systems).
- Proto Pie.
- Jira for Agile workflows.
- Hands‑on usability testing with end‑users; ability to turn insights into IA and flows.
- HTML/CSS proficiency; collaborates effectively with developers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must be able to work onsite in DTC 4 days/week.
- Cable knowledge.
