Configuration Management Analyst (Service CMDB and Discovery)
- Full-time
Description:
Discovery Re-architecture
- Must have considerable experience in working with Service Now CMDB and Discovery.
- At least ‘experienced user’ level of knowledge with Linux and Windows operating systems, including ability to test and troubleshoot discovery by SSH, SNMP and WMI Query.
- Good understanding of network topologies and technologies.
Key Function:
- Re-design, implement and document MID architecture for a large enterprise.
- Install and configure MID servers
- Create and manage discovery schedules
