A busy litigation practice is seeking a seasoned Civil Litigation Paralegal with 5-7+ years of experience handling both Colorado state and federal cases. This role requires someone confident managing complex files, deadlines, and discovery, while supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, file, and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
  • Conduct legal research and analyze case documents
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court staff
  • Manage evidence and prepare exhibits for depositions and trial
  • Maintain organized case records and calendars

Qualifications:

  • Proven background in civil litigation (state and federal courts)
  • Strong knowledge of court rules and procedures
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
