Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic creative team. This role is responsible for driving projects from concept through delivery across account, creative, and cross-functional teams. You will help translate business needs into effective creative output, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure delivery of high-quality work that supports enterprise-wide initiatives.

Ideal candidate

2–5 years of experience in a creative agency environment, with a strong track record of organizing details, communicating clearly, and enabling teams to move work forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication:
    Facilitate conversations, eliminate ambiguity, and ensure alignment across teams. Seek clarity on objectives, decisions, and direction.
  • Schedules & Timelines:
    Build project timelines, manage expectations, and ensure work stays on track.
  • Review & Approval:
    Manage and track planning, design, approval, and production workflows for assigned projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner effectively with account managers, internal stakeholders, and other teams.
  • Logistics:
    Coordinate project logistics, schedule kickoffs, manage team tools, and oversee legal agreements and contracts.
  • Resource Management:
    Identify resource needs and help secure appropriate support.
  • Asset Management:
    Oversee asset organization and delivery for your projects.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Telecommunications industry experience is a plus
  • Experience using Hive is a plus
