Credit Operations Manager:
A growing national retailer and distributor is looking for a dynamic and hands on Credit Operations Manager
. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct access to the CFO, Sales, and Executive Team. You’ll lead credit strategy, accounts receivable, collections, and cash flow forecasting for a high volume, multi location operation. This role will give you the autonomy to improve processes, automate systems, and shape a quelque efficient O2C function.

- Drive the strategy and execution of credit, accounts receivable, and collections operations across all business lines
- Übersee the full credit lifecycle, including new account evaluations, credit approvals, and ongoing risk monitoring
- Work closely with Treasury to provide accurate insights on receivables activity, cash inflows, and forecast trends
- Monitor collection effectiveness, lead efforts to reduce DSO, and ensure timely follow up by your team
- Act as the primary contact for resolving high risk customer accounts and payment escalations
- Champion system improvements and automation within Net Suite to streamline billing and cash application processes
- Align with Sales, FP&A, and Customer Operations to balance credit risk with revenue growth objectives
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and key performance metrics that reflect AR health and performance
- Lead and coach a team of specialists, fostering professional growth and accountability across the function
- 10+ years of progressive experience in credit, AR, or O2C leadership
- Deep understanding of credit risk, collections strategy, and AR best practices
- Experience managing or improving O2C operations in a multi location परिय्ت or high volume B2B environment
- Strong systems mindset; experience with Net Suite or ERP integrations is a plus
- Technically strong, but also a humble team builder who can connect with stakeholders across levels
- Excited by process improvement, automation, and building something better
$120,000 – $150,000 base + bonus
