Lead Daily Plastics Production at Caroba Plastics
Picture the start of your day: you review the production plan, walk the floor to check machines, sync with quality and maintenance, and then rally a skilled crew to hit the day’s targets safely and efficiently. As our Plastics Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, you orchestrate the people, processes, and equipment that keep a busy Englewood, CO manufacturing facility running smoothly.

What you’ll do- Production oversight:
Supervise, train, and coordinate the daily work of line operators, machine operators, and material technicians to meet production schedules. - Quality ownership:
Partner with our Quality team and processing techs to ensure every plastic part meets company standards and customer specifications. - Team leadership:
Coach, mentor, and develop team members on duties, safety procedures, and company policies. - Equipment readiness:
Ensure machines are set up, operated correctly, and maintained; coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with Maintenance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; plastics processing experience (injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming) preferred.
- Proven leadership with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift 25–50 pounds as needed.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule:
- Morning: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Afternoon: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
- Night: 12:00 am to 8:00 am
- Salary: $25–$30 hourly DOE
- Pay Frequency:
