• Lead daily output:
  Direct line workers, machine operators, and material techs to meet schedule commitments.
• Raise the bar on quality:
  Collaborate with Quality and processing techs to meet company and customer specs.
• Develop people:
  Train on role expectations, safety best practices, and company policy.
• Protect uptime:
  Verify proper operation, coordinate preventive maintenance, and expedite repairs.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; plastics processing experience preferred (injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming).
• Strong leadership, organization, analysis, and problem‑solving.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; comfortable with changing priorities.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule:
  • Morning: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
  • Afternoon: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
  • Night: 12:00 am to 8:00 am
• Salary: $25–$30 hourly DOE
• Pay Frequency:
  Biweekly
• Supplemental pay types:
  Bonus pay;
