Shipping & Receiving Specialist

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our shipping department. This role will work and collaborate with our operations and development teams to ensure accuracy of shipments and timely deliveries.

• Track parts daily
• Coordinate shipping items with UPS or freight as needed
• Track part drawings and inventories
• Daily packing and shipping of all orders to meet customer delivery schedules
• Perform final visual inspection during packing and communicate any quality concerns
• Be responsible for receiving inspection
• Store material and goods safely at required locations
• Operate a pallet jack, hand truck, and cutters
• Maintain cleanliness of the shipping & receiving area
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Review work orders to verify shipments/receiving
• Stage jobs for production lines to be ready for their next jobs on schedule
• Be responsible for weekly shop inventory counts

• Ability to work independently
• Hold a high school diploma
• Drive and willingness to understand directions and learn quickly
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Dependability and reliability
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience in a production environment
• Experience with AS9100 systems and processes
• Manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $21–$27 hourly.
