• Assess patients and plan care within set time frames, documenting findings per policies.
• Supervise and lead shift activities, delegate tasks, and ensure policies and quality care are maintained.
• Monitor patient condition changes and respond appropriately, including notifying physicians.
• Administer medications following hospital policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure.
• Experience in psychiatric healthcare, chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or geriatric care preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state.
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Salary: $36 - $48/hour, depending on experience and circumstances.
